The eufyCam C37 is compatible with HomeBase Mini and HomeBase S380 only. It is not compatible with HomeBase 2 or HomeKit.

For connection with HomeBase S380, firmware version V3.7.8.4 or later is required.

For connection with HomeBase Mini, firmware version V4.0.5.6 or later is required.

For the best 360° AI tracking experience, the eufy App should be updated to version 6.0.10.
