Ring Battery Video Doorbell (2024) with Ring Chime

The Ring Battery Video Doorbell (2024 Release) with Ring Chime is designed to provide convenient home security monitoring with high-definition video, wireless connectivity, and smart notifications. A 1440 x 1440 HD camera is included to capture clear footage of visitors and deliveries, while a 150° horizontal and 150° vertical field of view provides a complete Head-to-Toe view. With 66% more vertical coverage than the previous-generation Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Gen), a wider view of the doorstep can be monitored. Colour Night Vision is also supported to improve visibility in low-light conditions.

A built-in rechargeable battery is used to power the wireless video doorbell, allowing flexible installation without requiring existing doorbell wiring. Motion detection alerts can be received directly through the Ring app, while Live View and Two-Way Talk allow visitors to be seen, heard, and spoken to remotely. Customisable motion zones can be configured to focus on specific areas, helping to reduce unnecessary notifications. The included Ring Chime can be plugged into a standard electrical outlet to provide audible alerts when the doorbell is pressed or motion is detected.

The Ring Battery Video Doorbell is designed for straightforward installation using a push-pin mounting system, which allows the doorbell to be securely attached and conveniently removed for charging. Battery performance has been improved to provide up to 23% longer battery life compared with the previous generation under commonly used settings. Compatibility with selected Alexa-enabled devices is also supported for convenient smart home integration. Additional features, including person and package alerts, cloud video storage, and recorded video playback, can be accessed through an eligible Ring subscription. A 30-day Ring subscription trial is included with the listed bundle.
